SayeBrook is a mixed-use planned community located in Horry County, South Carolina. The Community Charter for SayeBrook establishes various covenants, easements, restrictions, rights, and obligations that together provide the governance structure for the community as well as standards and procedures for the development, expansion, administration, maintenance, and preservation of the individually owned properties and common areas within SayeBrook.
An integral part of the plan for operation of the community is the SayeBrook Residential Association, Inc, a South Carolina nonprofit corporation (the “Association”) which was established and organized by the Founder on May 20, 2022, to own, operate, and/or maintain various common area and community improvements and to administer and enforce the Charter and other governing documents referenced in the Charter. The Charter provides for automatic and mandatory membership in the SayeBrook Residential Association. Property owners are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Association documents, including the Charter, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Design Guidelines, Rules, and Board Resolutions.
