Its centerpiece is a beautifully appointed 4,000-square-foot meeting house with flexible spaces designed for hosting and celebrating, from an expansive open kitchen to a comfortable screened-in porch.
Residents also enjoy a resort-style pool with a covered pool pavilion and fire pit, lighted pickleball courts, a playground, a half basketball court, a dedicated dog park, and an open lawn that serves as the backdrop for community events, casual connections, and unhurried afternoons.
Meeting House
The Meeting House is bright and airy with a distinct coastal feel and the perfect setting for your social gatherings. It includes an expansive kitchen, a spacious gathering area, an intimate meeting room, and a comfortable screened-in back porch.
Pool & Pavilion
You'll delight in a Resort-style Pool worthy of a thriving community plus a 1,500-square-foot outdoor Covered Pavilion with restrooms and a Fire Pit for cooler evening get-togethers.
The Community Shed
Our Community Shed is designed as a multi-use building with sliding barn doors and a covered front porch for outdoor concerts, movies in the park, or even a neighborhood farmer's market.
Kid's Playground
Children need space to climb, swing, jump and play. We designed the Kid's Playground in SayeBrook Park with your children's enjoyment in mind.
SayeBrook Dog Park
The SayeBrook Dog Park is a spacious, fenced green space where residents and their dogs can run, play, and socialize in a safe, open-air setting. With plenty of room to roam and scenic views of the community amenities nearby, it’s a favorite spot for both pets and their people.
