Since 2010, New Leaf Builders has built award-winning homes and communities across the coastal Carolinas. At SayeBrook, New Leaf brings together the most popular floor plans from its Charleston and Wilmington divisions.
New Leaf builds homes that live differently: they’re designed with care, inspired by the Lowcountry and built with environmentally responsible practices. Each plan pairs Charleston-style architecture with open, livable layouts and top-of- the-line materials from sound sources, built by hand-selected local trade partners. Every home is designed to feel unique and individual while fitting naturally with its neighbors. Guided by its core values of kindness, honesty, and integrity, the New Leaf team is active, present and attentive from the moment the foundation is poured to the day the keys are handed over.
