My construction manager, Ryan, was such a joy to work with. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. He is smart, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Definitely a keeper. My sales associate, Megan, was also a delight to work with. I truly appreciated her insights into the design aspect of my beautiful home. Pulte should be very proud to have these two professionals working for them!

Ryan was amazing. He was super responsive, easy to work with, great with feedback and follow up. He kept us updated weekly on the progress of the home, assisted in the "blue tape process", and even received packages for us. I felt like he was with us the entire home building process as an advisor and advocate. If I could rate his performance on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give him a solid 11. You all need more people like Ryan!

We are finally in our new home, and overall, our experience with Pulte Homes was excellent. Looking back, the process really was smooth, and we are so grateful to now be in a home that we truly love.

I'd like to let you know our building manager, Ryan, was extremely helpful to us. We were moving to SayeBrook in Myrtle Beach from New Jersey and weren't always available to meet with him. Ryan worked with us and made himself available to meet with us on last minute trips before closing and addressed any issues with the home immediately. He was always pleasant to talk to, extremely helpful, and very efficient in having things fixed. Always keeping us informed of what was happening.

I was pleasantly pleased with the front end of the sale and their agent. I was very pleased with how they handled us from start to finish. They made us feel like family. I was impressed with Rob, the construction manager. There are always issues, and he was great. He made sure to address and explain everything. It was all fixed correctly.

Exceptional staff that strives for perfection and is extremely customer-oriented. The project manager is on top of everything, takes the time to explain things, and truly cares about his role!
