SayeBrook Residential Association

Investing in the SayeBrook Lifestyle

SayeBrook, located in unincorporated Horry County, is the area’s first Traditional Neighborhood Development—a thoughtfully planned community where walkable streets, parks, and gathering spaces connect neighbors and create a true sense of place inspired by the Lowcountry’s small-town traditions.

The SayeBrook Residential Association oversees the continued care and enhancement of these shared amenities and neighborhood spaces. Funded through membership in the Association, this investment helps preserve the beauty, quality, and value of the community for generations to come.

The Association operates under the SayeBrook Community Charter, a guiding framework for sustainable neighborhood growth, thoughtful design, and active community engagement.

Association Management

The SayeBrook Residential Association is proudly managed by AAM (Associated Asset Management). Residents can log in to SayeBrook.org to:

  • Access association documents
  • Communicate with the management team
  • Manage your account and make online payments
  • Submit landscaping or architectural modification requests
  • Reserve amenities
  • Stay up to date with community news, alerts, and events

SayeBrook Neighborhood Homeowners Association Details:

  • Access to SayeBrook Club
    • Residents only Pool
    • Pool Pavilion
    • Playground
    • Community shed
    • Halfcourt Basketball
    • Pickleball Courts
    • Dog Park
  • Access to the Clubhouse by reservation through the Association (fees apply).
  • Access to the various parks, common areas, and walking paths.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of:
    • Street trees
    • Common areas
    • Various community structures
    • Walkways
    • Private Streets
    • Streetlights
    • Trash service  

Association Dues: $125/month ($1,500 annually)

 

Community Enhancement Fee

  • New Home Sale: $500 paid at Home Closing
  • Subsequent Home Sale: One-half (0.5%) Percent of the Contract Sales Price Upon Transfer
