SayeBrook and its builders recently received national and regional recognition.
Together, the awards highlight the design, craftsmanship, and collaboration behind the homes in SayeBrook and the community as a whole. We're grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside some of the industry's most exceptional communities.
Saussy Burbank’s Barrington model was named Home of the Year at the Gold Nugget Awards, one of the residential development industry’s most prestigious juried competitions. Selected from a field of more than 800 entries, the Barrington also received the Grand Award for Best Single-Family Detached Home in the 2,001- to 2,499-square-foot category. Toll Brothers’ Osman model at SayeBrook earned an Award of Merit in the same category.
The Barrington reflects Saussy Burbank’s commitment to pairing timeless architectural character with spaces designed for everyday living.

The honors extended beyond the community's homes. SayeBrook received an Award of Merit in the Gold Nugget Awards’ Masterplan Community of the Year category, recognizing the community among leading residential developments from across the country. SayeBrook also earned a Silver Award for Best Mixed-Use Project at the Aurora Awards, which recognize excellence in residential, commercial, and mixed-use development throughout the Southeastern United States.

Presented by the California Building Industry Association and Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the Gold Nugget Awards honor innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments nationwide. The Aurora Awards are presented by the Florida Home Builders Association during the Southeast Building Conference. Together, the awards highlight the design, craftsmanship, and collaboration behind SayeBrook’s homes and the community as a whole.
