She first arrived in the area more than two decades ago to attend Coastal Carolina University, earning a degree in Marine Science with a minor in Environmental Chemistry. What began as a season of study quickly became a place she chose to call home. Now, after 23 years along the Grand Strand, Megan continues to embrace the coastal lifestyle — especially the beautiful weather that makes outdoor living part of everyday life.

When she’s not working with buyers, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and traveling.
