We’re thrilled to share this progress photo of the future home of Trader Joe’s, currently under construction and quickly becoming a new landmark at the entrance of our community. As framing takes shape and walls go up, the energy around this long-anticipated addition is undeniable.

SayeBrook was thoughtfully designed to blend residential living with vibrant retail and dining opportunities, and welcoming Trader Joe’s is a milestone we’ve been excited to reach. This nationally loved grocer is known for its unique selection of affordable, high-quality products—from frozen favorites and pantry staples to its cult-favorite snacks and seasonal finds. Before long, residents of SayeBrook, the greater Myrtle Beach area, and visitors alike will be able to enjoy everything this fan-favorite destination has to offer.
