SayeBrook Announces Phase 3

A new model row is coming to SayeBrook as part of Phase 3, welcoming two new builder partners—CRG Homes and New Leaf Builders—alongside our existing builders.

Expected to open in the second quarter of 2027, it marks another step in the growth of our 730-acre, master-planned community in Myrtle Beach. As we look ahead to this next phase, we’re also pleased to welcome two new builder partners: CRG Homes and New Leaf Builders. They will join Pulte Homes, Saussy Burbank and Toll Brothers, expanding the selection of home designs and lifestyle options within SayeBrook.

Meet Our New Builder Partners

CRG Homes brings local knowledge and custom homebuilding expertise to SayeBrook. Based in Myrtle Beach, the company has served the Grand Strand since 2010, with an integrated team providing real estate, home design and construction services.

New Leaf Builders brings experience from Charleston and Wilmington, pairing distinctive, livable floor plans with personalized design services and quality craftsmanship. SayeBrook marks New Leaf Builders’ expansion into the Myrtle Beach market.
